Where is my order?

We ship everything within 3 days. After that, it’s in the post office’s hands - but I wanna know if your package has been delayed! Feel free to use our Contact page to give us a heads up, and we recommend contacting your local post office with the tracking number from your order, usually they are best able to track your package down.

    What is your return/refund policy?

    We're happy to accept returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase, just let us know and we'll get you a return shipping label. Our policy is a full refund of the item upon its return to us, minus the return shipping costs.

      What shipping method should I choose?

      Depends! Do you need your object urgently? Then we recommend choosing Priority Mail Express. Otherwise, we use USPS and UPS methods which both deliver 3-6 business days.

        Do you ship internationally?

        Please check out our Etsy store for International shipping options!

        Do you do custom colors or commissions?

        We don't - but we *do* sometimes release seasonal colors, so keep your eyes peeled for special releases like that!

        Can I order wholesale?

        Yes, we love working with other businesses! Use our Contact form to let us know that you would like a catalog and we'll get the ball rolling.
